Our flat rate labor only – contract sewing prices apply only when the customer has supplied us with all their own fabrics, materials, thread, velcro, batting ect for their order.

When sending fabric/materials purchased from your local fabric store for your order MUST include a mail order form with your fabric/materials. Simply print, complete & send along with your fabric/materials you are sending for your order.
Customers can also have their online fabric/materials shipped directly to us for their orders.
**If purchasing your fabrics/materials online & having sent directly to us you will still need to print, complete & mail us your mail order form.
We highly recommend you insure & track your package. As Sew Creative Sewing can’t be held liable for lost or misdirected packages being sent to us.

Customers are notified immediately by phone upon us receiving your fabric/materials for your order. At that time we will review your order details with you, ask for your payment (CC) information etc. “Please do not put your CC #, Exp. or CVC on the mail order form.”

**Batting: @ $8.99 per yard (batting needed = item(s) finished dimensions)
**Pillow Batting: @ $8.99 per 12oz bag
**Grommets @ .50 each (grommets needed = varies depending on item(s)
**Velcro @ $5.99 per yard (velcro needed = item(s) finished width)
**Lining @ $9.99 per yard (lining needed = same as fabric amount needed)
**Bias Tape @ $4.99 per package (each package comes in 3 yard increments)
**Thread @ $3.99 per spool (thread needed = 1 – 300 yard spool for a 2 – 3 item order)
(thread needed = 2 – 300 yard spool for a 4 – 10 item order)
** Please be sure that your fabrics/materials are in clean new condition. Fabrics/materials that are sent to us soiled, dirty, smell of (smoke, perfumes), with offensive odors, contain pet or human hair ect. will be refused.
